WowTrip is a surprise trip to an unknown destination, a form of travelling where all you have to do is live an experience you’ll never forget. Choose whatever dates you want, the number of travellers, number of nights and we’ll take care of the rest.

Here, we explain how a a surprise WowTrip works.
An Original WowTrip includes direct return flights, a stay in a 3* hotel and travel document management so you don’t have to worry about anything.
A WowTrip by Car includes a stay in a 3* hotel and travel document management so you don’t have to worry about anything.
A WowTrip by Train includes return train tickets, a stay in a 3 – 4 * hotel and travel document management so you don’t have to worry about anything.
You’ll have two options. The authentic WowTrip experience is about finding out your surprise destination just before you leave. For this to be possible, we’ll take care of all your travel documents and we’ll provide you with the weather forecast (so you can pack your bags), and basic information such as the flight/train departure time, and hand luggage restrictions a few days before.
For those of you who are more impatient, you can also discover your surprise destination as early as two days before the trip starts.
In the majority of our destinations, the currency is Euro, but if you’re travelling somewhere where Euro isn’t the main currency, rest assured you will be able to exchange money in the airport or city centre. You can also pay by card in our destinations without any issues.
Two days before your WowTrip leaves, we’ll provide you with the weather forecast of your destination. That way, you can pack your case without finding out your destination.
If yours is an Original WowTrip, you’ll always be able to bring one hand luggage item per passenger. Two days before your WowTrip leaves, you’ll be able to view the hand luggage restrictions for the airline you’ll be travelling with. If you want to check in hold luggage, you can add it as you book your trip.
If yours is a WowTrip Roadtrip, you can bring whatever luggage you want… whatever fits in your case!
If yours is a WowTrip Railtrip, two days before your WowTrip leaves, you’ll be able to view the hand luggage restrictions for the train company you’ll be travelling with.
Of course! If you’re WowTripping again, just let us know where you went before in the observations section and we’ll remove the destination free of charge.

For an Original WowTrip, anyone with the right to freedom of movement within the Schengen Zone can travel. Nationals from the Schengen Zone, UK, Switzerland and any passport holder with the right to travel within the Schengen Zone can experience a WowTrip.
For our other trips that take place within the country of origin, anyone with the right to travel within that country can experience a WowTrip.
Unfortunately, bookings are 100% non refundable, which is why they cannot be changed or refunded.
Yes! You can take out travel insurance for your WowTrip which you’ll be able to add while you book your trip.
If any passengers require special assistance, you can indicate it to us in the observations section so we can provide them with the assistance they need.
In the final term of pregnancy or indeed during the entire pregnancy, if it is considered a risk, travelling by plane is not allowed. At WowTrip we cannot be responsible for this which is why we ask you to consult with your doctor and make us aware of your situation if you are pregnant.
Of course, but with a few restrictions. Minors under 16 are not allowed to travel alone and must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Passengers between 16 and 18 years old may travel without their parents or legal guardians as long as they carry both their ID or passport and a travel authorisation permit signed by their parents and provided that one of the travellers is an adult. This regulation is the responsibility of the legal authorities, so we ask you to confirm these special conditions with them.
In the reservation process you will see all the destinations available for your Original WowTrip, and you can discard the ones you want.
If you choose a Wowtrip by Car or a Wowtrip by Train, the destinations will be according to what you have chosen for your trip (rural or urban, more or fewer hours from home …).
You can choose whichever dates you want since we have departures for every day of the year.
We take care of both the check -in of your outbound and return flights. We will upload the boarding passes in mobile format to your personal space “My WowTrip” so that you can download them at the airport.
Two days before your WowTrip departs, you will be able to access all the documentation in “My Wowtrip” (boarding passes, hotel voucher, flight itinerary, travel guide …). All you have to do is click on the different documents to download them to your mobile, without having to print them.
At WowTrip we work very hard to ensure the best hotels and flights at the most competitive prices on the market, so that your trip has the cheapest possible price, without dropping in quality. These prices are set according to different variables such as tourist seasons, the proximity between the purchase date and the departure date … Which is why you may see price variations in our calendar.
You can discard the destinations you don’t want to visit and those destinations won’t be an option for your WowTrip.
The Wowtrip team is available during office hours to answer all your questions at info@Wowtrip.travel and WhatsApp 638 42 25 24. In addition, we have a 24-hour emergency telephone number that you will receive once your WowTrip is confirmed.
We will take care of selecting the flights that best suit your reservation. If you do not have time restrictions, we will try to make sure you travel in the morning of the outbound flight and return in the afternoon-evening on the return flight, guaranteeing 24 hours in your destination for each night that your trip lasts. Your flights will always be direct, both outward and return. We work with all airlines that are permitted to fly in Europe.
You will need your passport to travel. If you possess an EU identity card, it will be sufficient to travel.
All those with freedom of movement within the Schengen Zone can travel with Wowtrip. Nationals of countries belonging to the Schengen Zone, the UK and Switzerland and anyone whose passport allows them to travel within the Schengen Zone can experience a Wowtrip.
Your WowTrip will always allow you to carry one carry-on bag per passenger. 48 hours before the departure of your Wowtrip you will be able to see in detail the hand luggage restrictions of the company with which you will fly. If you want to check luggage, you can add it at the end of the reservation process.

We always recommend being at the airport 2 hours before your flight departure. You can find the departure time of your flight in “My Wowtrip” 48 hours before the start date of your Wowtrip.
It is the responsibility and obligation of the airline operating the flight to inform passengers about the options available in case of cancellation of the flight, as well as to take charge of providing accommodation and alternative transportation if necessary. In the unlikely event that your flight is cancelled and you don’t know how to proceed, contact us and we will explain the steps to follow.

The hotels we work with are always 3 * or 4 *, located in central areas of cities. We usually work with hotels from recognised chains such as Mercure, Accor, Eurostars, NH … although we also love hotels with the identity and charm typical of different destinations.
If you are going to do a WowTrip or Railtrip or Roadtrip and choose the rural destination option, your accommodation will also be in a hotel.
Hotel rooms will always be private and will have their own bathroom. Rooms will never be shared with travellers who are not part of your WowTrip. Depending on the number of travellers and the hotel availability, rooms may be single, double, triple or quadruple.
